Our web servers are located directly on the backbone of the Internet, with all servers connected by at least one fully switched 100Mbps (minimum) connection and the scope to easily and quickly expand as required.

Our servers and networks are proactively monitored to ensure peak performance is continually maintained. Average utilisation is typically 10% or less of available capacity, leaving an enormous amount of "headroom" for spikes in your traffic.

The Sydney facility, which is our primary hosting centre for Australian clients, includes direct connections to multiple providers at up to OC-48 size (2.4 Gbps).

Our international sites place traffic even closer to your customers in key global markets.

Our San Francisco facility is located around 4 milliseconds away from PAIX (Palo Alto Internet Exchange), one of the key Internet traffic exchange points for the US West Coast.

Our European facility in the Netherlands is located in the same facility as the AMSIX (Amsterdam Internet Exhcange), offering excellent connectivity within Europe and peering interconnects with other exchanges in the UK and elsewhere in continental Europe.

With many possible routes and several layers of redundancy built-in, each individual packet will be routed according to the best available path ensuring your content reaches your end-users reliably and more quickly.
