You can cancel the service at any time by advising us in writing. As per JustNet's standard terms of service you need to give a minimum notice prior to the commencement of the next billing period (this is in place because we pre-purchase a lot of our inputs).

The exact notice period required is listed in our terms, but typically is around one third of the duration of the hosting contract term you have with us.

If you have pre-paid for usage beyond the current billing period you may be eligible for a refund. Partially used months are not refundable. A processing charge of $11.00 or 10 per cent, whichever is greater, is charged for all refunds. Any discounts on initial setup fees or hosting charges due to special offers or longer-term are also reversed before a refund is provided.
