To get your site hosted, use our online hosting signup form. This same process is used whether you need full virtual web hosting or just a redirection service or DNS hosting.

You can choose to either pay online or else we'll invoice you if you prefer to pay by some other means (we also accept BPAY, direct credit, cheques and money orders).

Offline setup

If you prefer you can instead use the GoWeb Activation Form for web and email hosting services. Once you have completed this form, return it to us by fax or post as indicated on the form.

We can also provide colocation services (telehousing) and dedicated servers from a number of other locations around Australia plus San Francisco, Tokyo, Amsterdam and London.

Existing customers changing plans

If you are an existing customer and need to change the hosting plan you are using, you can change easily online using the Customer Service web site. Once logged in, go to Show Plan Choices then click Manage Plan.

The online service will allow you to change between plans within the same service group (e.g. one Business plan to another). If you need to change into a different service group (e.g. Economy to Business or vice versa) please contact us in writing to request the plan change (by email is fine).

Problems with the PDF form?

If you don't have a PDF viewer installed or have any trouble with the PDF document, you may need to get the latest PDF reader free from Adobe.

If you're still having trouble, please contact us and we can arrange to send a form to you by fax or post.

How long does it take?

To activate web hosting, you first need to register a domain name. You can register a domain name online in just a few minutes.

If you have already registered a name via GoDomains, onilne activation of your virtual web site is immediate.

If you have a .au domain name we can usually have your site running within 24 hours if you provide the Domain Password.

For sites requiring re-delegation from another ISP or web host, re-delegation typically takes around 24 hours, although this can vary depending on the type of domain name and you may need to allow more in some cases.
